    Mr. Ahmed Al Calily

    Mr. Al Calily is the Chief Strategy & Risk Officer for Mubadala Investment Company (Mubadala), with oversight over portfolio strategy, enterprise risk management, and responsible investing. Prior to that, Mr. Al Calily was the Chief Executive Officer of Energy at Mubadala, where he oversaw the company’s energy assets. Prior to re-joining Mubadala, Mr. Al Calily was director general of the Abu Dhabi Technology Development Committee and Chief Executive Officer and managing director of the Abu Dhabi Ports Company. Mr. Al Calily also served as deputy director of the infrastructure and services unit at Mubadala. He currently serves as a member of the board of directors at Abu Dhabi Future Energy Company (Masdar), Abu Dhabi Investment Council (ADIC), Mubadala Capital, Emirates Global Aluminum (EGA) and GlobalFoundries (GF). Mr. Al Calily holds a bachelor’s degree in economics and political Science from Boston University.

    Mr. Ibrahim Al Haddad is a highly experienced professional with 17+ years track record of delivering high impactful projects in both public and private sectors. Since he joined the RTA in 2013, he has focused on commercial transformation and public private partnerships projects and spearheaded the implementation of many marquee projects for the RTA, such has the Hala Joint Venture Agreement between the RTA and Careem, commercial transformation of Dubai Taxi, concession agreement with Hypermedia, and implementation of the RTA Invest Portal to name a few. Under his leadership, the Commercial and Investment Department won the CFI award for the “Most Innovative Logistics Project Investment Team – GCC 2019” and also achieved the ISO 10014:2006 Certification (first entity in the region to obtain the certification) which demonstrates that the RTA’s commercial and investment practices are in line with global leading practices. Mr. Al Haddad holds a Master’s Degree in Real Estate Management from the University of South Wales – Sydney, in addition to a bachelor’s Degree in Architectural Engineering from the UAE University.
