Zainab is a New York qualified attorney with over 15 years of expertise in mergers and acquisitions and corporate restructuring. Zainab has provided legal and strategic advice to governments, sovereign wealth funds, oil and gas companies, the defence, education and healthcare sector, and large conglomerates in the MENAP region. She currently serves as General Counsel for UAE Independent Climate Change Accelerators and its subsidiary The Climate Tribe, as well as for Alliances for Global Sustainability, and its subsidiary Aurora50, and RESET Mena.
