Executive summary
The Boards of the Future Forum is where the Chapter takes stock of the year: what has changed in the policy environment, what members are seeing in their own boardrooms, and where the Chapter should direct its programme next.
Sessions covered UAE disclosure readiness, the governance of capital reallocation, and lessons from Chapter Zero chapters in the Netherlands, the UK and Singapore.
The Forum also marked the start of our expanded peer-learning programme, developed in response to member demand for smaller, sector-specific sessions.
